Barrel cleaning with Oryx chassis

Love the Oryx chassis so far except for one problem I'm having. Went to clean the barrel and the butt stock appears to be slightly higher than the centre of the barrel and it doesn't appear to be adjustable so the cleaning rod is scrapping against the rifling at the entrance to the barrel. Does anyone have any suggestions? I like the chassis the chassis except for this one issue. Will I end up damaging my barrel?

  The cheek riser could be removed if it gets in your way.  Otherwise, if it's scraping against your barrel, depending on what your rod is made of, may cause a little wear, or if needed you could always put a little pressure on the rod at the back of the action to keep it centered as it enters.
